Lansdowne is one of the quietest hill station in North of India and also the nearest hill station from Delhi. It has been an unexplored hill destination since British came to India. Lansdowne, unlike other popular hill destinations, is well connected by motorable roads and railways, still remote in its own ways. Situated at an altitude of 1700mtrs above sea level, it is blessed with natural blanket of rich oak and pine forests. Geographically, it lies in the Pauri Garhwal district of Uttarakhand state.Lansdowne is also the command office of famous Garhwal Rifles of the Indian Army. It was founded by Lord Lansdowne in 1887 AD and is thus named ‘Lansdowne’. The old-world charm of the 19th century is still maintained.Surrounded by thick oak and pine forests, Lansdowne has amazing scenic beauty and surroundings. The salubrious weather and pristine environment of Lansdowne leaves an eternal effect on the visitors. The climate is very pleasant in summers and cold in winters, making it a perennial tourist destination. It is a perfect place to meditate and rejuvenate one's soul. For adventure lovers, activities like, trekking, bird watching, boating, Corbett Tiger reserve jeep safari etc. can be enjoyed in/from Lansdowne. It is an ideal getaway and one of the most popular weekend hill destination of Garhwal region.

Any change in the rates, at the time of booking, would be applicable
The guest needs to present a photo identity proof (driving license, adhar card, election card, passport) at the time of check –in ( as per govt. laws).

Cancellation Policy

Cancellation 02 weeks prior to Check-in date – Zero deduction.
Cancellation between 2 weeks and prior to 72 hrs of check-in date: 50% of room rate/package will be charged. Cancellation less than 72 hrs of check in date – No Refund.
No-show on check-in date would qualify for no refund and cancellation of booking.
Earlier than scheduled check-out would amount to 100% of original booking charges
If the stay is cut short due to any reason there will be no refund
Booking dates once confirmed, cannot be changed. If the request for changing the dates is given, it would be considered as cancelling the present booking and taking a new booking (subject to availability) and hence the above cancellation charges would be applicable
In case the booking for your suggested dates is not available at the time of booking after advance payment is received, we will refund your entire amount or provide you the alternate dates if you will confirm
Service charges of 05% will be levied for any cancellation on the total amount
